Terms and conditions of our car rental service with driver

  • In case the flight is cancelled, delayed, or the landing airport is changed, it is mandatory for the client to advise Special Request Travel as soon as possible. You can reach us on our emergency number 0039 329 4504284, to ensure the presence of our car with driver on your arrival.
  • The cost of each transfer service includes a wait of up to 30 minutes. Over this time, extra hours will be calculated as per our price lists.
  • Our vehicles are in excellent condition and equipped with a regular movement permit valid both in Italy and Europe, and they are all covered by insurance contracts (covering up to 10 million EUR for damages to people, 10 million EUR for property damage) .
  • We kindly ask our customers to advise us in case any equipment for the transport of children is necessary, or if you are travelling with bulky luggage such as skis or other sports equipment. We will thus be able to better organise the transport. We remind you that the goods and properties of clients are transported under the responsibility of the same.
  • If due to force majeure the requested vehicle is no longer available, Special Request Travel will provide the customer with a different vehicle of identical or higher category.
  • In all cars it is forbidden to smoke and to make use of alcohol. Special Request Travel also reserves the right to refuse transportation to those people under the influence of alcohol and drugs, or to anyone who might be a danger to the driver, to other passengers and/or to the vehicle.
  • Our conditions of transport and related services respect the laws governing the sale of car rental with driver service and the transport of third parties.
  • Special Request Travel reserves the right to modify, in part or in full, the previous agreements, without prior notice to customers, partners, tour operators or agencies.
    Any controversy regarding the activities of Special Request Travel and the customer will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Vicenza.

Methods of payment

Payment is required at the time of booking by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by bank transfer. If booking is made less than 3 days prior to arrival of the customer, only credit card will be accepted. Any extras (e.g. extra hours or km, meals, parking, etc.) will be paid for at the end of the service, but a pre-authorization on the credit card will be requested.
