From 9 to 19 March 2017 Geneva will host the “International Motor Show”, the most important automotive exhibition event in Europe.
The fair will be open from 10.00 to 20.00 from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 19.00 on Saturday and Sunday.
Geneva and the luxury car
The first Motor Show in Geneva dates back to 1905. Since that edition, with the exception of the periods of the two World wars, the most exciting and innovative editions of the Motor Show have followed seamless: an event of huge impact for all enthusiasts and insiders.
The numbers of this Motor Show are stunning: with almost 80,000 square metres of exhibition space and more than 800 brands attending, the Geneva Motor Show is reconfirmed as the event not to be missed in the ‘automotive industry’.
The Geneva Motor Show has seen the presentation of many cars, which have gone down in history, such as the Fiat 500 “Topolino” or the Mercedes-Benz “Pagoda“. Recently, however, the trend has seen Geneva presenting new models of the most luxurious and exclusive automobile manufacturers. Some examples include the presentation of the Ferrari La Ferrari in 2013, the Lamborghini Huracán in 2014 and the Bugatti Chiron in 2016.
